The Chandler and Price Co. Cleveland Ohio.This came out of the local print shop that opened in the late 1800's and closed in 2004 .We cleaned the building out and decided we needed this ?????????????what were thinking ,it weighs a ton! ahs new cutter and cutting blocks installed.
