I was told this was a High Voltage Insulator.
It is 11-11 1/2" Dia. x 7" High
on the top it has the #314A and on the side it has 407 with a "B' in the center of the "O"
Don't know what the value is but is the biggest I have in my collection.

Quite possibly:
"B in a circle: Found under top skirt. These insulators were made in Europe (Italy?) and used on lines in British Columbia. Don't confuse this rare marking with the relative common Ohio Brass markings, which is a B inside an Oval."
Is yours a B inside a circle or an oval?
See 4th picture, it looks to be an "O" broken into 4 sections with a "B" in the center.
Hope this helps on identifying this.
Yours is a Ohio Brass Co. insulator.
can u tell me what kind i have
From what I can tell you have an Ohio Brass multi-part ceramic high voltage insulator.
how about that, two of these 16 days apart, whats the odds?
Its nice to know there are some of these still out there.
