This appears hand made, stitching is animal gut, clasp looks like brass with high copper content (green oxidization). Has initial EK and a date that could be 1943, 1948 or 1843/48 (partly obscured by the clasp attachment)
I'd love to know what this was used for!
About 5" x 2" x 3.5" high. Very thick leather (almost 1/4 inch)
Back side is smooth, no attachments, belt loops, etc.
