Another item from my Uncle Art & Aunt Cora collection. This must have belonged to my aunt, who was the air raid warden. It came from one of their scrapbooks. It's the typical old-school "float it in water until it moves off the backing" and slap in on whatever. I remember old models (Revell, etc.) used to have the same decals. It's graphically beautiful.
