ANTIQUE S.M. BIXBY &CO. ROYAL POLISH, found this tonight at goodwill , did a little research on this company this bottle could be from the very 19th century or the very early 20th century. what tells abouthtis bottle is one the cap is wooden with the original brush what the part is called to apply the polish is still on there and 2 the labeling is on there to some degree. the glass is very cool as well has a green tint to the glass due to age . overall this a great piece and found this at my local goodwill tonight for like almost nothing :)

Nice example of an early polish bottle. If you can expose it to ultraviolet light in a controlled condition the bottle's glass should change color (either violet or wheat in color) Hardbrake
