after checking there are a special chop marks like "Lion" in every parts of these watch (see pic nbr. 3) near the silver code 0.900.
As we know that Van Arcken & Co is the specialist distributor for jewelry, gold and they makes special order for the important peoples.

A Dutch (Nederland) ( Holland) watch maker from 1900. A shop in to Amsterdam and Indonisa. The movement is from Swiss made by Zenith.
