      This vase is just a hobby piece that someone has made from an old mold. Companies that produced ceramics sometimes went out of business and then sold the molds they used to craft suppliers etc where people could purchase them. This is not an old piece but just a hobbyist creation. The writing on the bottom is common with all hobby pieces and is just something that the person has scratched in
