I have recently begun to empty a storage shed that I have had for the past 15 years and this is one of the items I found there. It seems to be a congac/brandy pipe and the story goes that no two are the same in that they were hand blown glass and each one is unique in it's own way. Apparently both congac and brandy are best when at body temperature and with this pipe you hold the "bowl" of the pipe in your hands so it acclimates to your own body temperature. You slowly suck it up thru the glass stem of the pipe in sips I believe. All the literature in the enclosed pamphlet are printed in another language so I have no idea what it says!
I can find nothing online about this particular pipe or Company, value, rarity and so on....any help would be greatly appreciated.
