I just got the tallest of these two vases. although the shorter one I got several years ago and was, in fact, one of my very first Tamara Aladin pieces.
I have been longing to have this bigger size ever since I found out it existed. Not that it is a rare item, but at some point I always postponed its purchase.
I am really happy got this onein particular in he lightest shade of red. I guess getting it in blue or green wouldn't be the same thing.

Nice! They have an orangy glow to them from the pictures. Are they more red in person?

Hi Amber! I haven't upload a picture in weeks, but today I've done a bit of catching-up! everything's fineround gere, thanks!
They're a tiny little bit lighter in the pictures but yes, the big one has that orangey red. I love it! the very same thing happened with the Tulppaani vases: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/47090-tulppaani-vases-tamara-aladin-riihim?in=user
