I actually got this sign for free, along with the bench that it was attached to. I was shopping in my local grocery store and saw the bench with this sign attached to the back of it as part of a display in the store. I asked the manager if I'd be able to buy it. Was told that it didn't belong to the store, but they'd ask the Cheerwine rep about it the next time he was in the store. Several weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. The next time I was in the store I asked about it again. Luckily for me, the Cheerwine rep was in the store. I told him that I'd like to know if I could buy it. He told me I could have it (bench and all) and even helped me carry it to my vehicle. The bench now sits on the patio and this sign will hang in my garage. I've seen these for sale on ebay, and the sellers are saying they're vintage. Not so. They're from last year.

Yeah, I couldn't believe it. Right place, right time. I wish it would happen more often!
Wow, a cool sign, and free bench to boot!!! Those were pretty faithful repops though, and I think the original ones would be dated...
