Looks like a beautiful manual wind watch. Since it doesn't have a phi symbol, it dates from before 1964 when they took up the mark as a corporate symbol. Get thee to a reputable jeweler to check the band content and have a look at inside. With gold at today's prices...yikes that could be valuable! Good luck. BaumeNut.
