This is a wonderful flower basket brooch from Stanley Hagler. I love his jewelry designs and hope you will, too. Stanley Hagler's company started in New York City in 1953. In 1979 Mark Mercy joined the company and in 1989 , another designer, Ian St. Gielar, joined the firm. I believe this flower basket was one designed by Ian St. Gielar.
