Great decor with off-white shell and wonderful "flowering" green and red sea plants.

Is it Zephir or Zepher ? Does anyone know ?

Lovely! Great addition to your collection. Interestingly, the Musterschnitte uses two spellings: "Zephyr" & "Zephir"

Examining the surface again I don't think it's Chine. Chine is a webbing and this surface is more of a crackle. Anyone know what it really is ?
