As I continue to sort through a large box of old photos that were given to me I keep coming across such interesting things. I have a couple of pictures of this man, and from the way he is dressed he looks to be much more wealthy than any others I have seen. His pic is covered with tissue in its own folder and it just says Berkeley Studio, don't know were that is.
Most of the pictures in this box were from Nova Scotia or northern NE. I wish people put their names on pix! Thing is, he looks sort of familiar to me, and I also have a photo with him at a fabulous house of the day.
Does anyone possibly recognize him or have a guess who it is? Or where Berkeley studio is? This might be my summer research game for the summer! Thanks, as always.

Your photograph format dates the photo from about 1910- 1930.
Sorry, I cannot help on anything else.

Hi Scott,
What do you look for to make the date estimates? Clothing style?
clothing style is always a big clue and somtimes when theres a date written on the back and name of photography studio which can be googled as well :)
I wish that info were there. I have a whole suitcase full of turn of the century photos and not one has a name or a date. But thanks for the encouragement, I'll keep searching!
