This is a Dansk Lollipop cutting board by Danish industrial designer Jens Quistgaard. It is teak, concave on one side so snacks won't roll off, about 5 inches across and has a hidden knife.
I had read about these quite a bit on various websites but had never run into one. On a quick thrift drive by, I spotted this right away. I was so psyched, especially at the two dollar price.
