I'm hoping to find out a little more about this beautiful orange vase I picked up at auction. I was told by an antique dealer friend that it was Czechoslovakian made by Balik(sp.). I haven't been able to find any information on this maker online, and was hoping some of the glass experts here might know any more about it. I do love it, but I like to know as much as I can about my pieces! Thanks for any help!

It would be interesting to see some other pix of the vase. Underneath?
it does look to be fired on paint on crystal glass. Here is one unpainted that is attributed to Indiana Glass: http://clicksnipwow.com/chataboutdg/img9215.search.htm
Thanks TallCakes!
That is interesting.
The glass looks orange and the band does indeed look painted.
Thanks for that link too!
Vetraio, I'm pretty sure he said Balik (I made him repeat it, lol). Thanks so much for the link TallCakes! It looks exactly like my vase. The orange and black is painted on a clear blank.
