This German Wizo tool was found in an old Studebaker dealership in Central Massachusetts. Was told it was used to give cars an oil/fluid transfusion. I need some help identifying it and want to know exactly what it was used for. My guess is that its from the 60s. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
