I do not know what this is. I've had it for 40 years. It appears to be a cast metal or pot metal, I don't thinks it's wrought iron. There are 2 screws on the bottom, maybe something else was there. It is nice looking, I will show it off on a white wall, but wonder if anyone can tell me anything about it.
