This was found at a local auction house's parking lot sale. I got this and about 35 others for $15.00. I know that it's Quinine and a tonic but the knowledge stops there because I don't speak french nor do I know anyone who does. If anyone can date this for me and tell me what it says I would be eternally grateful. Of course if anyone knows how much it's worth would be helpful too. ;-) There are bubbles in the glass and there is a seam that runs up one of the rounded edges. There is a raised letter 1 on the bottom. The cork seems intact and has an attached metal piece that looks like it was embossed but has deteriorated with age and the very top of the metal piece was possibly in the shape of a crown and has broken in several spots. It's really interesting and I hope someone can help me decipher this.
