I need help identifying these tables.
I do not know anything about them, the period or location.
They have a thick glass on the top that has a slight green tint and is about 1/4" thick.
My wife picked them up at an Estate sale.
The different designs on top of each table are raised under the glass.
The people and other items on the table appear to be either shell or stone in addition to painted designs.
I think they may be from Japan.
The background is a gold type of paper.
Thank you.

I wanted to add, each wood table may have been repainted.
The table tops under the glass are 3D and very detailed.
Help me identify them please.
I guess this site doesn't have anyone familiar with Nesting Tables.
Anyone out there that can help identify these tables?
Anybody out there that can help me on these tables?
I posted over a year ago and no one knows anything about them, maybe a new group has joined that could help.
