Does anyone know anything about this hot air balloon commemorative dish? It measures approximately 12" x 12" with the corners cut off and shows a man with a top hat and flag in a hot air balloon, the year 1793 below the balloon and 13 stars surrounding it. The stars, balloon, etc. are etched on the back of the plate. It was found in an attic in Harvard, MA in the mid 1940's. I would appreciate any information about it. Thank you.

Hi Ronnie - The dish belongs to a friend. We've both looked for the maker but no luck. I will be most happy to share any info I come across and thank you for your offer to do the same. :)
