Manufactured in 1930-1933 by Kodak. The cameras came in five colors-- (the green and rose were only available in the USA), and two sizes the # 2 and # 2a. Styled by Walter Dorwin Teague with colored body and Art-Deco enameled front panel. Fantastic piece!

There is a Eastman Kodak ad in my 1933 Boy Scouts Handbook that has an illustration of both the Boy Scout Kodak ($6) and the Boy Scout Brownie ($2).
The front design is different from the one you show. I will post the ads today.
