I don't know if this is an original Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus toy, or just an average toy, but it looks rather old. I can't find any date on it, just the manufacturer name on the bottom, which is HAJI.

Well that one looks close to this one, except for the back feet, ball color and umbrella. Thanks for the research though.
Haji Toys / Mansei Gangu / Mansei Toy Co. Ltd. Japan. Founded in 1951. Trademark /Logo = “HAJI” in an oval
oh good, its a nice piece
Another piece of info I discovered on it trgrubaugh....Haji means a Muslim who has been to Mecca
Founded in 1951, Mansei Toy Co. Ltd. (which often used the trademark "Haji" name on its toy cars) was a small Tokyo-based toy maker that focused mainly on producing toys in the vehicle category, but occasionally produced other metal toys as well. Haji is not known to have produced any toys beyond the 1960s.
Found this on this site :>http://mustangtoys.com/Mansei.htm
Just FYI I googled "HADJI TOY TRUCKS"
Scratch that " Haji toys "
Thanks everyone for the help...mystery solved!
