Trying to find the maker, origin, etc of this piece...it is a large brass charger, and is at least from the 1920s, if not older, due to its provenance/history in Canada. Originally from a Canadian railway owned lodge/hotel, and installed in their lobby in 1927....on the wall...which accounts for the bolt welded to the back!
All hand work, decently done....I assume Chinese or Japanese?
Measures 19" in diameter.
Anyone with experience in this field tell me anything more about it?
