Found in the attic of my parents' house. Armless, swivel w/tilt and horizontal back slat. No markings to indicate the maker or type of wood. I have found many photos online of office/bankers chairs but none with the one horizontal back slat. Has anyone seen a chair like this? Is this indeed a bankers chair? Any ideas on the age of this chair? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it's from around 1900.
