This bracelet came from a friend back in the late 1980s. It came in a wodden box that was carved, unfortunately the box was destroyed. The story attached to this piece was that it came from the ruins of Pompeii. It was purchased in Greece and that a small coin was purchased by this friend at the same time that was worth a considerable amount. I was wondering if anyone had any kind of info or places for me to research this item.

The way that was written was confusing, this piece was supposed to have been crafted from material from pompeii, not that it was an actual artifact from Pompeii, sorry for the confusion.
