Ok, anyone have a date on this bottle? I can only find one image of the bottle anywhere on the internet? And the same quote “Defunct but highly-respected proprietary brand of English apricot-flavored brandy liqueur. Produced by Humphrey Taylor & Co. of London in the late 18th and 19th centuries.”

I don't know how old this is but I have the same bottle (except mine is a little rounder) and it's still full of brandy! Well, 3/4 full, some of the brandy has evaporated over time. My great grandfather used to own a general store and there was a sailor who had a large tab with him. To settle the tab they traded, and my great grandpa got this bottle of burbon and a ship in a wooden bottle. I always thought that was a neat story. However, I'm not sure how old it is. my bottle has 3 dates on it. 1770 (I think it says) the year the company started up, and 1851 and 1862 (I think they say..., if not very close to that date, like off by a year at most) so I want to say that's probably (the later date) when mine was bottled? and our bottles look pretty identical. Just wanted to share. I was trying to find out a little bit more about it myself.
