Not sure what this is, appears to be decoupage. Picture has some 3d looking areas...they pop out of the print. It seems to be 8X5 and is dated 1966 D.A.C., N.Y. Made into the frame...seems to be a plaster type frame. Any ideas of value?

I'm really no expert in this area, but I'd say the value is low. This type of 3D decoupage was really common in the late '60s, early '70s, was probably done by a hobbyist. They used to be easily found at every thrift store. But you never know! Maybe someone will stop by who knows better than I!
