My father gave me this candelabra that belonged to his mother. I have absolutely no idea of its origin or age. The bottom only had either a 99 or 66 impressed into the porcelain. And possibly a B . I don't know what metal is used for sculpture ,, Bronze maybe. In the form of mermaids and fish. The porcelain is flowers and birds in blue and white.I really would love some feed back if anyone has any ideas. Thank you.
