This may be one of the first items I "collected" and it no doubt contributed to a lifelong interest in "findin & keepin" stuff.
It is my first "real" pocket knife, I must have been about 7 years old. I did a "really good" job sharpening it, as you can see. I don't remember exactly but probably used Grampa's disk sander, out in the garage.
