Picked this up last weekend at a rummie & I have not been able to find any info on it. At first I thought it was a laundry sprinkler. Maybe some kind of scent bottle? I found similar items going by the name of Famille Rose, Rose Medallion & Canton Rose. But I could not find any with this design or form. No marks on the bottom just the plug. If anyone knows or cares to guess what this is that would be great. Thanks in advance.
