    I've been years trying to decide if this is anything. It appears to be and old mfg. tag from a vintage toy but when i research STP toys I keep running into STP the oil additive.
    Whatever it is it's not much but I kind of liked the graphics.

      Only thing my computer settled on was TSP for toy stop Putney.
