My sister collects vintage purses and she has one similar to this pretty lady. She has caught me twice (!) trying to sneak out of the house with it.
I have a clear lucite handbag, no special trim or sparkles, which I purchased new in the mid-1970s. Does this plain Lucite bag of mine have any value? I think it probably cost $25 or so when I purchased it; however, I could have bought it on sell and the price could have been originally higher. I would never sell it as I continue to use it today and change up the look by adding a scarf to the interior - it is so very versatile and I'm hoping someday one of my daughters/granddaughters will enjoy this handbag.
