This set remains a mistery to me. Appart from the fact of being a Timo Sarpaneva design, I cannot tell its name or the year it was made in.
I love the so simple shape of this set, as well as its white colour. Plus it's tiny: thecreamer stands just 56mm. tall.

Yes they are. This pieces are handblown :)
I have seen a very simmilar design in clear glass and it belongs to the Marcel series, designed by Sarpaneva in 1993 (http://www.lasikammari.fi/table/ii/tablei_TS_marcelkannu.html) so I think this might be it... if Marcel was also made in white glass, of course :)
HELLO austrohungaro, i just wanted to say that these pieces that you have been posting are great and enjoyable as well, i just spent an hour on the iittala website schooling myself and learning the nature of these fine designers/artist and who they are ,what they are as artists. very wonderful pieces you have posted:)
