Need help identifying this. Im not sure if it is a plate but I know it's not a bowl yet look alittle like one. I will post a side view later it stands up about 2 inches. anyone have a clue when this was made or of the markings?

This is Famille Rose ware from China, dating from the late 19th century. The technique used is called clobbering, where the artist uses thick layers of enamels to give the pieces a built up effect
