THIS OLD PIECE IS COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL. IT OPENS UP TO A 50 INCH SPREAD WITH THE 10 SLATS BEING 25 INCHES LONG EACH. THERE IS NO DATE OF MANUFACTURE. THE PRINTING SAYS "SAVE HALF THE LABOR BY USING THE EMPIRE WRINGER WITH PURCHASE GEAR. SOLID WHITE RUBBER ROLLERS. LOOKS TO BE OAK AND BRASS CONSTRUCTED.
