Thank you mrmaj :-) That was so nice of you to comment . I was fortunate when my Grandmother passed she had gave me these years before so I had them to keep . She knew I would keep to pass along to next generations of family .
Very nice family heirloom, hope the future generations enjoy these as much as you and hope they will keep the story alive.
what a wonderful and stunning photo , love this very much and thankyou posting:)
Thank you Bellin, walksoft,Kerry and Mikko !!
Thank you bratjdd, and macca :-)
manikin, I love old photos in the past. photos of my grandparents and great grandparents makes me wonder what did i miss.
When I have any image that is difficult to read, I open it in an image editing software and invert the colors. That makes the image look like a negative so print or writing stands out better. When you are finished just invert the colors again and everything goes back to normal. Give it a try you might find it useful.
Thanks Oleg . I was lucky to have so many photo's of my ancestors . I was very close with my Grandparents and have wonderful memories too :-)
Thanks for the tip fhr ! I will try that . I can see it was taken in Moline IL and that is where some of the family moved to . 2 of my grandmothers sisters married brothers there :-)
Thanks packrat :-)
