This my example of a Durand production shape #1824 purchased from the estate of a glass hoarder. I spotted it hiding amongst a room full of American cut glass only seconds before my sister did. Thankfully, we're good natured about our collecting and don't fight over the pieces we find.
I love the blue and white King Tut pattern and the unusual bulbous shape. It is the first piece of Durand in my collection, but it certainly won't be my last.

LOVE THIS, very beautiful:)
Thank you for your kind comments, famatta and Bellin. :)
I love Durand. At one time my eBay name was OnlyDurand. I managed to collect about 100 pieces of Durand but later sold alot of it off so I could buy other makers.
