I cannot find any info on this pretty lamp base. It is porcelain, china...not sure...but finer than ceramic...white ..painted flowers...some gold detail, and these green glass 'coins' embedded in it....you can see thru the 'coins'...they are not metallic as they may appear in the photo...they are concave .....the base is 14" tall the entire lamp is 27" tall ....
please help!!
