Waltham pocket watch!

I just purchased this Waltham pocket watch and know nothing about it... It states American Waltham watch co. on the mechanism and the serial number is 11169528. On the other side on the gold plate it reads warranted 585 the k.w.c.c.o. 4731988 Also there appears to be a diamond in the center of the front cover. Thanks for your help in advance!
