Her head screws off and the perfume is in the body. She's totally adorable. White Plastic Resin.

AVON put these out - there is also a black version of the cat sitting down in a squat pose. Have to find me one of them.

I just picked up my 2nd bottle of the white cat, adorable.
I actually have both the white and black! And they are in a place of honor among my other cat figurines! I keep looking for more types of Cats, but I didn't know there was only the two...
These were made by Avon, they are glass. Pretty Cat, 1988.
