This bracelet is typical of WW2 era pieces of trench art and was a very popular Pacific Theater souvenir. The engraving style is typical of service member produced pieces.
The USMC related bracelets usually command more interest than USN bracelets.
This particular example has an Eagle atop a half globe with "US" and "MC" under the wings. On the sides are "South Pacific" and "1945".
