This clock is a Jim Henson armitron quartz clock. It is dated 1986. The first photo shows the sun rising. The second photo shows the sun at noon. The third photo shows the moon rising.

Thank you olegaclockman47! I did find and restore another character from this era, a Big Bird Alarm clock for my daughter, but it ticks too loud for her so she just keeps it on her dresser. It was a hair-puller to get going again so I'm glad she's not running it. :) Not nearly the same quality as many of the vintage and antique Mickey Mouse clocks you see around the C.W.!
