I purchased this metal Babe Ruth movie poster at a local thrift store. It is approx 10" x 16" and is still shrinkwrapped. It appears to be old. There are a few small rust spots, otherwise it's in great condition. Can anyone tell me anything about this piece?

It was filmed in 1927 and was a silent film. If this is metal I question whether or not it is original or a later reproduction. The originals were a one sheet posterboard 27x41 inches.
If you Google it there are pages and pages of information on Babe Ruth Comes Home. The dimensions you have indicate it is a modern reproduction used for a show piece by a Babe Ruth fan. These are available online starting at $3.99 for the smaller size.
I would have loved to meet the Babe, he was quite a guy.
