She is a American Character Tiny Tears on early rubber body these did not hold up well . She has a caracul wig which is desirable . It is like a lambs wool . She is savable as the head can go on another body . her eyes seems off set but can be fixed .
She needs to be cleaned a new pair of legs and she is set to go :-) Very nice
Here is example of her listed .

Literally one of the most scariest images i have seen on this site. So disturbing...lol.
I think if she find a new body and lays off the booze she'll be fine.
LOL :-) She can be saved . But this one is solved for you :-)

Hey kerrycz, I don't think I could sleep with that thing in the same house ! Someone on here has a vampire killing kit..... maybe you could borrow it and drive a stake in it's heart ! lol. At least lay a cross on top of it. TG
Hey guys Tiny Tears has had a bad accident . In desperate need of a doll hospital . Don't kill her :-) Your funny Thrifty I actually laughed when I saw your comment to borrow vampire kit .
I suggest selling head on ebay someone will save her .
Hey Manikin, I don't know about a doll hospital, I was thinking more along the lines of a doll "mortuary". I think that Tiny Tears was D.O.A. ! Glad you got a little chuckle out of my vampire kit ! I would wait til right before Halloween to sell it, it would bring a small fortune ! Thanks again kerrycz for sharing this, although you probably did not get the response you thought you would ! TG
