    It is worn on a chain. It also opens up. I'll upload another view tonight. There are rose petals inside.

    Thanks for your interest ladies... close, but this as definitely a Castellani pendant. He was an Italian Archeological revivalist jeweler from the 1800's. He was inspired by intricate gold work of the ancient Etruscan jewelry makers. I just googled Giulianno and discovered that he worked for Castellani and then went on to create his own business. Interesting! Thanks again for your comments!
