These usually sell quite well around Halloween. I know a couple years ago they were selling on eBay for $50 for some reason. I guess people didn't know they could have just ordered one and not have to bid. We have a friend that goes over to Disney in Orlando to work with the production staff there every Halloween and she is nuts about these.

fhrjr2-- there is a big market for ones that were created in the 20th century but fitted with an antique gun, bottles of holy water, wooden stake, cross, silver bullets, etc. Interestingly, the pieces used are in fact antique worth several hundred dollars but when combined and a buyer believes the story that it is a 19th century "Vampire Killer Kit"-- I have seen them bring several thousand dollars!
What was it that PT Barnum said.
Scott
PT was right about it also. We watched these selling on eBay for $50 and more and you could order them for the special Halloween price of $13 if you bought three or more otherwise they were $24.95.
I actually picked that up at a biker party a few years ago I think he had it priced around 30 but we know him and he gives us good discounts on stuff we paid 15 for it if I remember right. We have also bought some awsome knives from him to!! I will post some if i can get my computer to coroperate with me.
Ginny, actually you may have made out better than you think. I am not positive but I think Mystical Creations are either out of business or no longer making this item. If you have a Spencer Gift store near you, you could call them and ask. They were a main supplier of Mystical Creations products. As with all out of production items, they become more valuable to those who want them.
Thanks for the tip Ill have to check that out. I was searching on the net lastnight for the black unicorn I have posted and found out that they are actually pretty rare. I also found out that the company is shutting down I sent them an email this mourning along with some pictures to try and find out more about it Im hoping they get back to me. I did find the exact same one but it was white and they were sold out at 100 bucks a piece. I couldent believe it because if its as rare as Im thinking it is theres alot of money sitting there lol. I did make sure that I made it clear that its not for sale!!! Just in case they got some ideas lol. Thanks again for the tip
