Had this since my youth, my uncle painted it to resemble the police colors. Not really sure about the history, It does have a red 'M' on the original hubcaps on the rear wheels. But other then that I really don't know much about it.

Thanks, The only other one I've seen, was on an episode of American Restoration, it was painted white, and looked like a "Good Humor" ice cream vehicle.
