Movement dates this to between 1908 and 1910, as I'm getting conflicting dates from 2 websites with Elgin dating info. Beautifully engraved inside, but for some reason I can't upload the pics. £5 on the Bay, put new mainspring in and away she went! Stunning piece, but don't know anything about it hence "mystery".

Very nice. I have one that is very much simular in style and design but it is a Walthalm; It appears to be an old Air Force watch.

Found out through vintage newspaper ads that this called a Legionnaire, and came in several guises
