Looks like an autograph dog. Most are a plush material anymore because ink rubs off these.
There looks like a label on him ? what does it say ? Autograph dogs looked like this fhr your right on but did you notice it has zipper on ears to put something in like a purse would have . Odd but must have had a purpose for ears to have zippers and quite a fancy rhinestone necklace .
My sister got a dog like this when she was in the hospital having a kidney removed years ago. The dog was a gift and she had all the nurses and doctors sign it. Even the lady that cleaned the floor signed it.
